Ichibou Senri (一望千里) Is a collaboration with renowned Belgian brewery Oud Beersel. The collaboration began back in 2019 when we imported 3KL of Lambic from Oud Beersel brewery. For this collaboration we blended a portion of the Lambic beer from Oud Beersel with our King Kong Knee Drop (Japanese Whiskey Barrel aged Imperial Stout) making a truly unique beer that blends both traditions and culture from us here at AJB and Oud Beersel to make a truly exceptional dark sour ale with heavy influence from traditional lambic and Geuze making.
