Son of a Plumは香港のヤングマスターとのコラボレーションビール。野沢温泉産の小麦と国産の梅を使用し、1年のボトルコンディションを経て最高の状態に熟成したサワービール。
梅の爽やかなアロマと味わいが引き立ち、ABV が3.5%のこのビールは大変のみやすくセッショナブル。

Son of a plum is a collaborative beer we brewed with our friends at Young Master brewery. The beer is a sour beer brewed using Ume and our own raw wheat. At 3.5% abv this beer is easy drinking and very sessionable, but don’t let that put you off, it has great character and a fantastic sense of Ume.
