Nozawa White

野沢ホワイトは野沢温泉産の小麦を使用したホワイトエール。野沢温泉の湧き水と小麦を使用し大半の原料が野沢温泉産のこのビールはアルコールも4.5%とスッキリとした味わい。大変飲みやすい１杯です。

This is a wheat beer brewed using 50% of its ingredients grown in Nozawa Onsen (Local Wheat). Along with the spring water from our mountain Kenosha, this makes the vast majority of the ingredients of this beer local. It is pale /white in color and at 4.5% abv is very drinkable.
